Stay in the cool Pine Forest of the Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6800 feet. Apartment is attached to the main home of the hostess, includes, 760 square foot living area. Picture windows allow for the relaxing viewing of birds and squirrels in the area. Sometime there might be a sighting of majestic elk or deer. Close to three fishing lakes and many hiking trails. There are two fast-food restaurants and other locally owned eateries. Many small businesses dot the area.

The carriage house is part of the Florian Fire House. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A short stroll down to Safeway and other shopping, restaurants, and the parks in Payson. It's a great central hub for any of your adventures in the heart of Arizona.
