While it boasts having running water, a bathroom and a full kitchen, the special part is the beautiful setting. The entrance of the property borders the Rio de La Casa, a small river running with clear mountain runoff. You may see sheep grazing the meadows, the quiet solitude in this beautiful valley will bring peace to your soul.

Come and relax in our rustic adobe casita. From the large wrap around portal you can soak in the views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains to the east and the Jemez mountains to the west. The casita is semi-private, perched on a hill overlooking our home and is next to a building that is used as an office during the week. Only 24 minutes from Santa Fe, here you can get a taste of country life, in a rustic and rural environment, and you'll still be able to explore the wonders of Santa Fe!

A northern New Mexico cabin and woodland retreat nestled on 10 acres in the santa fe national forest. 🌲♨️💤 The cabin is a perfect option for those who want access to Santa Fe and surrounding areas while also feeling refreshed from a memorable retreat in nature. The space has a fully equipped kitchen and has plenty of games, cards, books, etc. available to guests. The property is located on a county maintained road but 4wd is recommended in the event of big rains and snows.
