Welcome to this beautiful new construction pool house with the pool just steps away from your front door. Located in the city but quiet as if you’re in the country and just minutes away from everything. Very clean, peaceful, and comfortable with a sofa bed in the living room. Gold fixtures, quartz countertops, 2 smart tvs, free wi-fi, heating and cooling mini splits and all essentials. Plenty of parking for trailers or U-hauls, 6’ enclosed privacy fence, swimming pool, trampoline and a dog run.

Quiet & Peaceful Bohemian Suite

A sweet, cozy bohemian sanctuary for travelers seeking a clean, peaceful space for a short term stay. Easy access parking with a private entrance. There’s a fully stocked “kitchenette” (no sink or stove). The bedroom is small & doesn’t have a closet or a dresser. There’s an alter as I use it for my healing practice, which is why it's not ideal for long term guests. The bathroom is large & shared with the host. I have a separate entrance & I’m rarely home so it will still feel very private.

This property is a beautiful farm to table ranchette offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural environment on the river . We have a small petting zoo with gentle rescue animals , domestic and farm animals. We are all about food ! Both hosts are artists , farmers and stewards of the land. We tend to our fruit trees and enjoy sharing the property with guests . We are close to the UFO museum in Roswell as well as Ruidoso Downs racetrack . Well behaved pets on leash are welcome .
