Ένα πετρόχτιστο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά στον Άνω Βόλο. Πολύ κοντά στα χωριά Σταγιάτες, Πορταριά αλλά πολύ κοντά και στο Βόλο. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά ή παρέες που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν τα χωριά του Πηλίου. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 10 άτομα. Διώροφη πολυτελής βίλα, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη, με άνετο καθιστικό, τζάκι, υπέροχη θέα στο Αιγαίο και κήπο με υπαίθριο πέτρινο barbeque , καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο parking. Στα 4 υπνοδωμάτια του μπορεί εύκολα να φιλοξενήσει 8-10 άτομα και είναι ιδανικό για χειμερινές ή καλοκαιρινές διακοπές.
