It is located 1 block from Central College sports complex and short drive to any of Pella’s great corporations and health care center. We welcome all who are traveling for business, visiting their Central College student, vacationing, or extended stay. Charmante loft is up 1 flight of stairs and has its own entrance and exit w/ keypad and deadbolt.

This 1910 PET FRIENDLY bungalow is a charmer! Remodeled just a few years ago so everything is clean, fresh and in working order. Great location! Only a few blocks to the town square for eats and shopping! If you enjoy unique art then you will love this house. This house is especially great for a summer visit with the front porch, back patio and lots of beautiful flowers. One dog only allowed 45 lbs and under with a $50 pet fee. Please let me know in advance if you are bringing your dog.

Update on mile long Bridge Closure We are four miles north of Knoxville off hwy 14. The Bridge closure only affects getting here from the north. However there are detours around the bridge.
