Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Toinen erikseen kesäaikaan vuokrattavissa oleva sauna on aivan rannalla, saunan yhteydessä on palju sekä 8h grillillä varustettu huvimaja. Suotuvene käytössä asukkaille. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Hanoista tulee lähdevesi. Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Villa Hertta

Villa Hertta sijaitsee Rovaniemen keskustan tuntumassa, Juurakkotiellä. Oman kotimme pihapiirin erillisrakennuksessa oleva kaksio on valmistunut vuonna 2020. Villa Hertta on avara ja valoisa, sisustukseltaan kodikas ja moderni. Makuuhuoneessa pieni työskentelypiste, moottorisängyt, sälekaihtimet ja pimentävät tekstiiliverhot. Koko asunnossa on himmennettävä valaistus, jolla tunnelma on muutettavissa kädenkäänteessä.
