a great stay in penang, would be happy to stay again and reccommend to others. easy to access the full island from here either by grab / bus or your own transport. the balcony was a massive plus

Alex and Jo are wonderful hosts. I felt right at home and anything I needed was given or offered. The kitchen has everything and location was so close to the beach. I highly recommend this stay

The hosts are lovely and welcoming. Buddy , the cat is also quite a host! The guest house feels like home away from home. Everything is well tended to and cared for. I felt like I was staying with old friends. I love having access to a kitchen for my meals and cold beverages ( filtered drinking water is greatly appreciated). ホストは在住してはいないですが、ほぼ毎日お掃除をしたり、様子を見に来てくれて、ホームステイしている感じです！ 夜、他の滞在者たちとともに、旅やグルメの話をするのがとても楽しかったです！ みんなで珍しい果物を食べたのはいい思い出です。 カップルがホストしているのですが、二人ともおすすめをいろいろ教えてくれます。 もっと早い段階でおすすめのお店を聞いておくんだったと思ったくらい、おいしいお店を知っています。 そして、以前に日本人も多く滞在していたようで、日本語の本があります。 またペナンに来たら、絶対ここに滞在したいです！

We enjoyed our stay throughout. The host was very accommodating. All requests were attended to and well prepared as committed by the host. The place was well ventilated when we checked in. Our stay was at ease as all was prepared as discussed. Nothing was missed. Checked out was easy and flexible, thank you to the host. Will definitely get this place again. Thank you very much for such a great place.

Affordable pricing and worth it

is a nice he house to stay. the only thing is the night we checked in there was no electricity from 10pm till 1am. immediately contact the host, they responded and checked with TNB. very responsive

Where to begin? What an absolutely stunning colonial home in a perfect location. Shawn and co were amazing with communication, the self check-in was well explained and super straightforward. Very easy to find the property too. The house itself is beautiful, plenty of space, very tastefully decorated, and comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. A big bonus is the outside seating area, garden, and wet kitchen area. Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and a very short grab ride to the beach, shopping malls, and Georgetown. Honestly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed during our travels around Malaysia, wouldn’t hesitate to come back here next time we’re in Penang. Thank you so much Shawn for sharing your home, for your professional and timely responses to our questions, and for making the entire stay so easy and relaxing. Absolute 10/10
