Sit in the screened in porch and listen to nature or head into Acadia National Park to explore. Bike along the private road and relax with your family for a quick getaway or week long adventure.

This is the perfect location for a family vacation or business/working people who travel and have temporary assignments lasting one week to several months. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Waterfront Cabin in Hermon

You’ll be surrounded by seventeen acres of tranquil trees and serene waterfront. In winter, it transforms into a picturesque wonderland, complete with snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and nearby skiing. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as kayaking and swimming, or unwind indoors with a game of pool and darts. Kayak to the three connected ponds (two of which are tucked away!) or paddle down the Souadabscook River for a chance to spot local wildlife.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.
