Beach access is just a 1/10th of a mile walk away and features a panoramic view of the gulf from the sitting area. Back at your vacation home you'll find the nicely decorated 1000 sq. feet comfortable for up to 6 guests. You'll find the kitchen fully stocked for all your meal prep. In consideration of all our guests, our condo is a pet-free and smoke-free unit.

Sit on the porch with the amazing views of the Santa Rosa sound, or take a short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The master has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed. You access a bunk room with a twin over twin bed through bedroom 3. The living area has a queen Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa.

Have fun with your family at this comfortable, professionally decorated home. Outdoor space, fenced yard to play games or relax. Corn hole, croquet, are kept in outside shed as well as beach chairs/umbrella. Sleeps 6 with bunk room and master. It has 2 1/2 baths. Just 1 mile to the beach. Beach gear included (Chairs,Towels). Fully equiped kitchen. Washer and dryer. We accept 1 dog under 20 lbs, no cats with a paid fee.
