This is our second time staying at Rachel’s Place. We travel to Milton to visit family and this place is absolutely perfect for one or two guests! Rachel is a great host and communicates well. We will continue to stay here whenever possible on future trips to Milton.

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Excellent and relaxing place, safe and calm area. The owners zulma , Janice and Alyssa were great hosts and very attentive to everything I needed, they made my stay very welcoming. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a long term rental in Pensacola

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

I just wanted to say the places was wonderful and the people that lives in the main house was wonderful people. They were great to my family and we loved the pool n we can’t forget about Mr.Kitty he was very friendly he has a great listening hear thanks for having us until next time

The place was just what we needed to get away from Art was attentive if we need anything and gave us daily reminders I would definitely stay here again not to far from all your main attractions and 30 min drive if your wanting to go more out In Florida which wasn’t bad at all !!! Thanks Art

I recently stayed at Monica’s place and had an incredible time! It was super private and everything was spotless! She was so helpful with recommendations and really went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. It felt like home away from home! I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again next time I visit.

We loved the place. The pool and heated sauna were as enjoyable as they look. A private quiet serene setting. Would stay again.

We absolutely love staying at the Scott’s house. They were very attentive and when we needed help finding a beach they were so helpful with suggesting a kid friendly beach for my three-year-old. Everything looked exactly like the picture and felt exactly like home and their dog. Bella is the sweetest. The kids absolutely loved her. Please book to stay here!!!! We’ll come again.

Cynthia’s place was great! Bigger than the photos makes it seem. Cynthia was very responsive to our messages and seems to go above and beyond for her guest!

Here's a revised version of your review: Ed was an exceptional host! He was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

Diane’s place is clean and has everything that you need for staying in or hanging out at the beach. She gave clear instructions for checking in and out, very organized with the binder full of information. You can’t beat the view and easy access to the beach. Got to do some dolphin watching this morning before we left. On another note, we always enjoy breakfast at Coastal and dinner at Cobalt, The Gulf and FloraBama.

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

The condo was nice,clean and comfortable for a long weekend! Location was great, easy access to the beach and the heated pool was amazing! Only thing is there are no elevators so be prepared to climb dimly lit stairs! Also, not a private balcony. Other than those minor things we had a great time and well worth the price!

I highly recommend this place! It’s so peaceful, pool and hot tub was the highlight of our stay. Kids approved! The host was very friendly. 10/10 overall of our stay

My friends, my boyfriend and I spent most of our vacation in the unit! It was perfect for all the nasty weather we had! Very peaceful, clean, and accessible! We were a hop and a skip from the pool. Definitely will be staying here again!

Allison is amazing! Shes very responsive & makes sure you know and have everything you need. The condo was breathtaking and relaxing. There are games and books in the pantry that we utilized, however, at no fault of her own, we were too intoxicated to follow along on the fact or crap one 🤣 so we played heads up on our phone instead. I haven't laughed so hard in years! My Bachelorette Trip was well worth every penny. Much needed fun, relaxation, and bonding. We all felt very comfortable in the space and not over crowdes. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for hosting us Allison!

This condo is just beautiful , well taken care and very clean , the parking is very convenient, and access to the beach is just steps from the pool , we had a wonderful time and plan to return again soon Thank you Chris
