My wife and I built this cottage in late 2021 in quiet downtown Pensacola with our guest in mind. Our one bedroom one bath cottage is outfitted so you will have most everything you need. This includes a full working outfitted kitchen, cleaning & paper supplies plus more. Our cottage is located near Ever'man Coop Grocery & cafe, Joe Pattis Seafood Market , Maritime Park (Wahoo Stadium) , Pensacola's popular Palafox Street and other downtown favorites. Only 9 miles away from beautiful beaches.

The Bee Cottage is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1150 sq foot home in downtown Pensacola that offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, and side yard. This private home is ideal for individuals, couples, or families of up to 4 people. Sleeping arrangements include an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bedroom with a full bed. The cottage is just a few blocks from the heart of downtown, a 15 minute drive to the beach, and 20 minutes to NAS Pensacola!

Sleep peacefully on a queen sized bed, have your morning coffee on the deck, or relax outside by the fire pit after a day at the beach. Our street features miles of sidewalks if you'd like to walk, run or bike. We are 9 miles from the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Need a little extra room? This downtown cottage is less than one mile from the heart of downtown Pensacola in the historic Belmont-DeVilliers district. It has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. It has recently been completely remodeled with many custom features. The kitchen is accented with walnut through from the stove hood, bar stools, doors and furniture. It is also equipped for cooking at home. Both bathrooms feature tiled showers.

Charming Beach Cottage with beach service

The cottage is in Maravilla Resort, Miramar Beach, FL. The resort has a 2.5 acre private beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The cottage sleeps 10 comfortably. It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room with live HULU.

This eco-friendly cottage hosts a peaceful Gulf Coast theme on a quiet street, just blocks away from all the action. Located on the edge of downtown, you're never too far away from all Pensacola has to offer, and a quick jaunt to Pensacola or Perdido Beach. This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.
