Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

Summerchase Condominium is in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama right on the Gulf of Mexico. This 10th floor condo has fabulous unobstructed views of the gulf looking east and west! Our condo is the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan that Summerchase has to offer. The condo has been updated with a beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. It has a leather sleeper sofa and loveseat in the living room. The facility is a low density building with two elevators to get you to the beach faster!

Welcome to a place you will want to return to time and again. Fresh renovations, all the amenities! Steps away from a Tiki bar and huge outdoor pool/hot tub! Live music almost nightly! Parking right out front! Johnson and Orange Beach are minutes away. Our goal is to make sure you have the best possible time! You deserve a break. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. Our unit sleeps 6 and is fully furnished, all cookware, dishes, keyless entry, Alexa, WiFi, Indoor Heated Pool with Hot Tub, Gym with Sauna, Outdoor Pool, several BBQ grills, plenty of parking, elevator, and lobby with 24 Hour Security. Master has a Queen Bed, Hallway has built-in bunks and a fold-out couch.
