We had a lovely time. The apartment was comfortable &quiet. The pool is spectacular &very clean. A walk through a beautiful gated garden brings you to the beach right across the street. There are no tiendas or restaurants within walking distance but taxis & motos are easy & inexpensive. Staff is amazing & very friendly. They are ALWAYS available to help with any needs. Carmen checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy & all our needs were met! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and Cristina was incredibly kind and attentive to us. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and spotless accommodation.

The place Is better than the photos! The roof top terrace and jacuzzi are a great bonus to an already lovely apartment. Super secure. Would stay again for sure

I enjoyed my stay at Charlotte’s rental property. I have never stayed at an Air B&B that had everything I needed. This place was very clean and I cook as a hobby and I tell you that the kitchen was equipped with everything that anyone could want in a kitchen from toaster, blender,coffee maker microwave, portable oven and electric kettle kitchen utensils and towels and it also had extra towels blankets sheets and hangers. So you don’t have to use the same towel after showering. Charlotte was very nice and welcoming and very pleasant she is a great host and I look forward to staying at her property on my return. Thank You Charlotte for a great pleasant stay.

The place is simply amazing! I went with a group of friends and it was wonderful!

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

came here on a solo surf trip, it was perfect. I wanted a low key place that wasn't a resort. This is a one bedroom apartment in a quiet safe location tucked away with a great outdoor space. The kitchen has all the basics to cook your own meals. The AC works well, it's in the bedroom only, but the house was cool when I came back from the beach every day (with the AC off), there's also a clean pool to cool off in. There's a fan in the kitchen as well if you need a breeze while cooking! The shower has hot water and decent pressure. Easy 5-10 min walk to the food park, a bakery/breakfast, and 2 convenience stores, and an ATM. Most importantly it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Absolutely highly recommend for a solo traveler/couple. I felt safe here and walked to the beach alone and to/from the shop at night. Eve was soooo helpful and very responsive! Her place looks exactly like the photos. Thank you so much Eve!!!

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia aquí. Un lugar cerca de las playas hermosas de Sosua, a tan solo unos minutos en auto. El lugar tal cual como en las fotos y completamente equipado, tanto Catalina como Elaine fueron muy receptivas y con recomendaciones excelentes para una estadía maravillosa! Everything was so nice and flexible. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They helped me stay for a month, which was great. Great pool and bbq area. Will definitely come back when I’ll go to the Dominican Republic

Amazing place located right on the beach. The unit is spacious, clean and charming. Its located right by supermarkets, restaurants and close enough to enjoy the nightlife, and far enough to enjoy the serene peace and sound of the waves. By far one of my fav stays on Airbnb.

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

10 stars if I could! Our stay at this stunning penthouse was nothing short of perfect. The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos: spacious, spotless, and with the most incredible ocean view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee while watching the sea change colours was pure magic. The beach is just a short walk away, and the location felt both peaceful and safe. Denisa was a wonderful host: responsive, thoughtful, and full of great tips. Her recommendation for a local driver was a huge plus: he picked us up from the airport and showed us some amazing sights. So valuable to have someone reliable and kind! We’ll definitely miss the view, the sound of the ocean, and this dreamy spot. Can’t wait to return!

This is our second visit to the same complex. This unit in particular is large and very well appointed with a beautiful balcony and lots of natural air flow. Virginie was very responsive during the reservation process and during our stay. We had a special request before arriving and she accommodated that request. It made our stay that much more comfortable. It is with mixed feelings that we rate this property and owner with such high marks because it may actually make it more difficult for us to find it available in the future. We would not hesitate for one second to return to Virginie and Julien's beautiful property.

Booked last minute, but the host’s response was incredible fast and helpful. The apartment was super clean, easy to access, and had a beautiful view. I will definitely stay there again and 100% recommend it!

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

It was a lovely stay and because we had a motorbike it was easy to get too and from the more downtown area. The road is a little noisy during the day but is well quiet and night.

Edwin was great host, he was very responsive when we needed him and gave us all sorts of recommendations. It was a pleasure to meet him and will definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for having us!
