The most incredible spot to relax and recharge. The property, the cabin, the amenities, etc. I wouldn’t change a single thing! We will be back asap and enjoy it even more the next time!

I read the reviews before booking and wondered how the place could actually be even better than the photos and description, but here I am, telling you the same. This home was so incredibly perfect for our getaway. Every detail was perfectly curated and so much love was present. We truly felt like treasured guests more than just strangers visiting. I very highly recommend this home for any couple to relax, unwind, and reconect.

Insanely cool spot! Easy drive and just far enough out to feel like a true escape. Water was brisk but perfect for a quick dip and hanging on the dock. Tons of birds and wildlife, and every room has an incredible view. The entire property is lit with string lights at night. Kitchen’s fully stocked, just bring groceries. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

What a wonderful place! The honeymoon cabin is a beautiful, peaceful refuge to get away from the rest of the world. There is a wonderful wraparound porch that is covered on two sides and kept us perfectly dry through some pretty hardcore rain showers. Inside the cabin is also beautiful and peaceful. There are many wonderful pieces of furniture that have been brought back to life. Hint, believe them when they say to get groceries on your way there. I went to the closest store which was a wonderful little place filled with all kinds of Amish-made and other less chemically, more natural items. Yummy stuff, but on the more costly side and they didn’t have much of the more ketchup and mustard type things. Unfortunately, for my dog and I, it rained about 85% of the time so we didn’t really get out to explore much. If you need a break from reality then this is absolutely the place to be! Catie and Marcia were great to work with.

The place is in excellent condition. The staff of the campground/marina were all helpful and friendly. The water is an easy walk and if you have fishing equipment, there are lots of places to drop a line in. I expected the cabin to be overlooking the water. I could have misread the description because I booked in a hurry, but when I saw there was no lakeside view I thought the price was high.

This was the perfect relaxing retreat! We were in the area for a gender reveal, and enjoyed the quietness when we weren't running around. Good fishing from the dock, and so much wildlife to take in.

It was a very beautiful lake house. We really enjoyed staying there. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary. My family was close by so I was able to celebrate Easter with my family in Bruceton which was so nice. Thank you Trish

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a quiet and great place to stay at. Everything was so clean and the communication was awesome. They welcomed us like we were family!

With limited hotel options in the area, this was a great place while in town for a wedding for one night. This was our first stay in a “tiny house” and we enjoyed it. It’s small and simple but that’s all we needed. It was clean, AC kept it nice and cool, peaceful location. KC gave perfect instructions.

Everything was nice. It would’ve been nice to know about the cell phone service but other than that everything was great thank you for your hospitality.

We were in town for an event. The house was near the event and a welcome site after a long day. We hope to stay here again next year. It was a wonderful place.

Cozy cabin on a beautiful piece of land. Nice to have a fully fenced yard for the dogs to go out. We enjoyed a bonfire and played board games. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Upstairs bathroom has a deep, free standing bathtub and enough hot water to fill it. Short walk to the river which is literally in the backyard. I’d book again.

Great weekend getaway. Plenty of little Bass to catch right at the property.

We loved our stay in this cute little cabin. We came to Kayak on the Buffalo river and do some shopping at the Markets so the location was ideal. I would recommend this cabin and definetly stay here again.

Alisa was the perfect host. Very responsive, timely instructions, helpful recommendations, and really just a great person. Highly recommend this cabin as a great couples retreat that is not just another vanilla country home. We will be repeat customers to her other places in the future. 🍍

This was a cute little home, but with plenty of space. I’m used to crazy check out instructions, but Bobby’s were reasonable and a nice change of pace from what I’ve come to expect. He was extremely responsive to questions and a great host. Thanks Bobby!

Definitely keep this one in mind on future trips. We enjoyed all it had to offer in peace and quiet. Love that you can walk to the river near the cabin.
