The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg fridge and oven, electrical stoves and Nespresso coffee machine will make your stay feel at home. The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The all marble bathroom with two ways of shower will complete the feel of relaxation. Enjoy the poetic view of the city dominated by Lycabettus hill from the patio in front of the house as you comfortably sit at the dining marble table with pliant chairs. The small path at the right of the house will guide you to the back yard where you can relax at the deck chairs under the old Arbutus tree. The most important features of this apartment, are the amazing sea view, where you can see the open wide sea, and its quiet location. It is fully airconditioned, has fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and living room. TV/DVD available, hot water 24h/day. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. Deluxe studio near the Athens airport

The house is a 15 minute-drive from the airport, 10 minute-drive from the port of Rafina (where you can take a ship to visit our wonderful islands) and a 15 minute-drive from the nearest underground station. It is situated in a very quiet area, in the countryside, with a large garden where you can enjoy a beautiful view to the sea. We offer pick up&drop off to the airport at an extra cost. We will be happy to welcome you and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.
