Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

The house itself felt incredibly homey, with basic essentials, making it comfortable and inviting. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, which added to the sense of ease during our stay. The location was also very convenient, being close to nearby cities, making it easy for us to explore and attend to any errands or activities. Special thanks to the helpful caretaker, Dexter, who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Auntie Rose was also extremely accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. Overall, we highly recommend this transient house for anyone seeking a serene, clean, and conveniently located place to stay, supported by genuinely kind and attentive hosts.

Hosts are very responsive with my inquiries. Ms Lourdes and Sir Norman are also nice and approachable. They have welcomed us and explain the different facilities and wereabouts. They also gave us some sulit tips about the foods :) They even assisted us in the Beach Club. The room is spacious and clean. Kitchen is complete with utensils and cookingwares. They even provided free 5 gallons of water. We are very satisfied with this booking and looking forward to be able to return again in the future. We had a great stay! The place was clean and had a spacious garden, perfect for relaxing. While the area is quite secluded and the road can be dark at night, the house itself is bright and welcoming. It’s very pet-friendly, which we really appreciated, and the caretakers were accommodating. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

My family loves Paul's place, it's cozy and has a nice community. Complete with room, bathroom, and kitchen amenities, all you have to bring is your food and personal stuff. Beds are neatly linened, with comfy pillows and soft blankets, also their wifi is fairly strong which is very important too. In terms of communication with the host, everything is smooth. Paul is very responsive to my queries even before my booking. Great hosting, Paul and we look forward to be back. Thank you and we had a great stay!

beautiful stay, nice and close to the main strip. Great spacious room in a beautiful garden area. would definitely stay again. staff was very helpful and on site whenever we needed something. was also able to rent a scooter from the property making it very easy.

Greatly enjoyed staying at Ver’s place. Host is very responsive and picked us up from the port. The apartment is brand new and was above expectations. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is new and very comfortable and bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos. In fact the whole apartment looks even better than the photos. Felt like home for our week stay. Neighborhood is fantastic and feels like a little community. Nice roads in and out and quiet but close to town. WiFi was fast and reliable for zoom meetings. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Incredible value for the money. Thank you for having us!

J very responsive, he even let us check in earlier. All listed in airbnb were available. Aircon and refrigerator is working well. Except for the toilet flush as well as the lock in the bathroom. But all in all, it was a great place to stay.

The place is spacious and smells amazing the moment you walk in. It also has a private parking space and a large outdoor area. Nicole was very accommodating. We’re frequent visitors of La Union, and this spot is perfect—especially for groups. We brought our two small pets, and they were warmly welcomed. Nicole even has a friendly Labrador!

The location matched the photographs shown in the listing, which contributed to a pleasant experience for my friends, who were easily satisfied and expressed enjoyment of the place. However, I found that my expectations were not fully met. While the aesthetics in the photos were appealing, the actual experience fell short for me. Additionally, the address provided was vague and lacked a specific house number, which could complicate finding the location. Fortunately, we decided to visit early in the day, as searching for the property at night would have been challenging. Ms. Ciarra didn't reply at once and didn't provide us with instructions on how to get into the place. We asked around and tried to match the house's facade to identify its location. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We were looking for a last minute place to stay for our Leyte trip and we're very lucky to find Ryan's place! The room was huge and clean. It has the necessities we need: towels, shampoo, conditioner... The whole place was also beautiful and near lots of establishments. Ryan was flexible in terms of check in time. Our flight was super early and he allowed for us to be able to check in early as well since the room was already available. He and his co-host are easy to talk to and will make sure that you are settled and have everything you need. We had a very pleasant stay and will probably be staying here again when we go back to Tacloban.

This was our second stay at the "Bunker". I can't say enough positive things about the experience. Things are clearly explained and questions promptly answered. Josephine made herself available for any question or issue that we may have had. Small issues...The location is peaceful and short walking distance to stores snd resto. Thoroughly enjoyablle! This was my second stay at the Penthouse, the first time in the much more spacious ground floor unit. Strongly recommended for you. There are many hotels more economical, but the Penthouse is spacious, comfortable, clean, decorous, and a perfect sanctuary from the smoke and noise of the city. In addition, the wifi and aircon were both perfect at all times. Joy is an amazing manager and went way out of her way to solve any minor problems with the unit as well as calling the tourist office and drivers to enable a trip to the Once Islas. Thanks so much again! I strongly recommend the Penthouse for your short or long stays.

Franz's unit is very clean and spotless. Location of the parking slot is very near the lobby. Location of the unit is just next to the elevator lobby. So convenient. Loved the morning sun and sunrise view. Had a great stay!

Accommodating host, cozy place to stay! We booked Allen’s place on a short notice; hours away from check-in. He responded quickly to my inquiries and made sure we’re well-informed about the place upon check-in. His place is clean and relatively new. It has common kitchen utensils, basic small appliances and toiletries. You don’t have to go out when you ran out of snacks because they have a little honesty store which sells food and drinks at a reasonable price. TV has cable and internet connection is stable; we were able to work comfortably! :)

Great find. Good wifi, good data signal, very clean place. Place is big enough for 10 people.
