Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

We offer our guests the opportunity to relax and unwind, now you’re on island time. Centrally located making it easy to explore or sit back and enjoy. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.
