There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

This opened aired unit is perfectly located on the esplanade, walking distance to Shops, Bars and Restaurants. You can explore the Bay or sit back in the sunroom and watch the world go by.
