This beautiful and bright apartment is on the third floor of a Florentine building without an elevator on Via del Corso, in the heart of the old town in an Italian neighbourhood a few steps from the Duomo - Cathedral. Ideally located with all main monuments, squares and museums: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Santa Croce a short walk away. L'appartamento completamente in parquet è composto da salotto, cucina, bagno, camera matrimoniale e terrazza: può ospitare quattro persone grazie al divano letto posizionato in salotto. The apartment has beautiful wooden floors through out, with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and terrace, and can comfortably sleep four people with a sofa bed in the living room. La zona giorno molto luminosa grazie alla grande finestra è composta da un comodo divano letto, tavolo in legno con quattro sedie e comodini, mentre l'adiacente cucina è dotata di tavolo da pranzo per quattro persone, oltre che di tutto il necessario per cucinare i vostri piatti preferiti anche in vacanza. The living area is very bright with large windows and occupies a comfortable sofa bed, wooden table for four, as well as an adjacent kitchen with a dining table for four people, with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes whilst on vacation. Proseguendo per il corridoio troviamo il bagno con pavimento in cotto che dispone di due lavandini, bidet e cabina doccia. Continuing along the corridor there is a bathroom with tiled floor which accommodates two sinks, a toilet, bidet and shower. The bedroom is bright with glass doors leading to the terrace. It is furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bookcase, mirror and desk. La camera da letto è luminosissima grazie alla porta finestra, ed è dotata di un grande letto matrimoniale, comodini, armadio, libreria, specchio e scrivania. Dalla porta finestra della camera da letto accediamo alla bellissima terrazza esterna, che offre agli occhi uno spettacolo mozzafiato: un panorama sui tetti di Firenze e una visuale perfetta del Duomo. La terrazza è attrezzata con tavolino e sedie per rilassarvi e godervi la bellezza della città anche da casa ad ogni orario. From the bedroom window/door you can access a fantastic outdoor terrace, which offers a breathtaking panorama of the rooftops of Florence, and a glorious view of the Cathedral. The terrace has a table and chairs so take a break, sip on a glass of wine at the end of the day and watch the city transform as the day ends. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.
