Muy buena opción para conocer la ciudad! Ubicado en una zona con bastantes opciones de lugares para visitar y conocer: Palais Garnier, Galerias Lafayette, Montmatre, entre otros. Muy buena conexión para los distintos puntos de la ciudad, con una estación de metro a 300 metros (3 min.). June es bastante comunicativa y siempre muestra buena actitud para ayudar con lo necesario. Como recomendación gastronómica local, puedo recomendar recorrer la calle Rue des Martyr, ubicada a solo 9 min del apartamento. Gracias!

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Jean-Pierre is an incredibly welcoming and friendly host! I immediately felt safe and in great hands. He walked me through how the unit works, with great tips. He also recommended some wonderful places to visit that were tailored to my interests. :) The unit is amazing! Looks like it used to be a shop or spa, can just BARELY hear people having a wonderful time out on the road at night, it’s very serene. The location and feeling of safety absolutely cannot be beat, you can see people walking around alone at all hours of the day, perfect for solo traveling. There’s a grocery store on the same block, everything you could need is just streets away. Everything here is so CLEAN, outside and in. Two key-access doors to get into the building, very secure and the other tenants are kind. Trash is also very convenient, the WiFi strength is amazing. Every major monument is either walkable or available via one of the nearby metro stops, the perfect hub while exploring Paris.

Een fantastisch appartement, ideaal om de stad te bezoeken en daarna te slapen in een rustige buitenwijk! Je kan makkelijk met openbaar vervoer naar hartje Parijs. Supermarkt, bakker en restaurants op loopafstand. Gezellige buurt om te slapen en te eten. Appartement is top!! Alles is goed geregeld, incheck gaat via sluitelkastje, werkt top en auto staat veilig binnen!

Logement agréable, très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé à deux pas du métro ou du bus pour rejoindre le centre ville en 20min.

« Un petit paradis » c’est ce qu’a dit mon fiancé et je confirme. Pouvoir se détendre dans un endroit privatif, calme et paisible ça fait plaisir. On a vraiment adoré. Je marque aussi un point sur l’ensemble des outils/gadgets mis à disposition dans le logement (c’est exceptionnel tout ce à quoi ils ont pensé). C’est à féliciter.

Jean-Marc’s place was in a quiet building inspite of being close to the lively area of Moulan Rouge. There were many restaurants and shops to choose from for our daily needs. (Plus some upscale shops like Pierre Herme fir fancy macarons and chocolates.) It was 15 min walk up to the Sacre Coeur Basilica. Only thing I wished for was linens for the kitchen. I washed few glasses, cups, and plates every night and paper towels are thin in Europe to dry. So not a big problem, but a wish. We were allowed to check in few hours early due to our train schedule and that was so nice! Inna came to meet us and explained everything in the beginning. The elevator in the building was a plus! Overall, we had a nice stay!

amazing host ! went out of their way to allow an earlier check-in time and gave recommendations on where to store our luggages. someone was there to greet us and facilitate the check in process. host checks in on us often. beautiful home thank you for the goodies too ❤️

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

L’appartement est conforme au photos et même un peu plus grand que ce que nous imaginions. Proches du métro et des commerces, il est facile d’aller où on le souhaite facilement. Le quartier est calme. La literie était parfaite, nous avons très bien dormi. L’appartement convient très bien pour un couple. Vanessa est hyper sympathique et très réactive aux messages.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Stephane and Marie’s place and can’t say enough about how special their apartment is. The photos don’t do it justice. Marie met us and showed us into the apt. She let us leave our bags there early while it was being cleaned. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet. We each had our own beautiful bed & bath, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is small but well equipped for our 4 night stay. The local neighborhood was very walkable and a stones throw to the Luxembourg Gardens. We easily caught Uber’s right in front of our place. The apt. was our serenity after a days worth of seeing the sights and shopping in a very crowded Paris! Merci Marie et Stephane!

Für Pariser Verhältnisse ist der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. Wir waren mit der Lage der Wohnung und der Wohnung selbst sehr zufrieden. 👋

Excellent ! Moi et mon mari avons passer un agréable séjour. Appartement sécurisé avec un code d'entrée, voisinage calme, appartement propre bien ranger et bien équipé, Flore a été aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande, foncez !

Très bon séjour à Rouen, l'appartement est parfaitement meublé et très bien localisé. La procédure d'arrivée est claire bien qu'un peu fastidieuse, mais dans l'ensemble tout était très bien !

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and Magali was very friendly and responsive. The jacuzzi was very nice and it was easy to get to the train station.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Stéphanie ! Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, très propre, bien situé et parfaitement équipé. La communication facile tout au long du séjour. Petits croissants et pain au chocolat pour la matin + capsules de café, de cappuccino ou de thé. Une bouteille d’alcool au frigo, ainsi que quelques jus d’orange. Je recommande vivement cette adresse et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !
