Very smooth transaction. The unit was clean and functional, Since we checked in late we had some challenges finding our parking permits, but the host facilitated and delivered the passes to our unit the following day. We'll recommend the location. Great view, not within a walking distance, but shops and eateries were a short drive away. Did enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This beautiful condo would get a 10 star review if we could. Conveniently located, very quiet and you don’t hear any road noise, which is appreciated during the car shows. Brenda is super nice and keeps her place more than clean, it’s amazing! She responds quickly although there shouldn’t be any open questions since she has everything laid out perfectly in a folder. We had a fantastic week and are hoping to come back soon.

Rachel & Brad were AMAZING! From allowing us to check-in early to having snacks and champagne for us when we arrived made them our BEST hostess yet!! Their response time was AMAZING! Always responded in a timely manner with whatever we needed and they had KUERIG COFFEE!! I would highly recommend them if you are staying in New Orleans, they even gave us a list of things to do and let us know about the French Quarter Fest that was happening!! Thank you Rachel & Brad for your hospitality!! You deserve more than 5 stars!

This is the third winter that we have stayed at Amy's beach house. It is by far our favorite rental property and we have stayed at several rentals over the years. The house is awesome and has everything you need for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The location, 600 feet from the beach, is incredible and the beach is dog friendly which is very important for us. The area is very quiet with very little traffic even during peak hours. There are countless restaurants in the area including Waveland, Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs etc. All are very drivable. Amy is an excellent and responsive host. Mr. Billy, who provides handyman services for Amy, is wonderful and rapidly dealt with any household issues which were very minor in nature and easily resolved. We certainly very much appreciate Mr. Billy. We are planning on renting the house again for next winter. Thank you Amy for your excellent support throughout our stay.

This quiet peaceful get away was perfect for our weekend to spend together it’s so beautiful all the animals made it 10x better the scenery is simply amazing sometimes we forget to just be and enjoy what’s right in front of us. We will definitely be back with the kids soon

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is immaculate inside and the accommodations were spacious. Restrooms were clean, kitchen area was nice and the 2 sitting areas were perfect for our group. Carrie is a very responsive host and we even had a quick pre-arrival chat that was helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this property! The home has perfect New Orleans charm. It’s spacious, clean and beautiful! Every room is better than the photos. The neighborhood is great too! Many amazing restaurants are within walking distance and City Park is a short walk away. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the Okra Inn Iberville, hosts were so responsive and messaged us multiple times throughout the stay to check in and make sure things were going well. Excellent location in Mid City with walkable coffee shops etc. Everyone in our group commented on how well maintained the property was and it was so nice that there were blowdryers in the bathroom (a little thing but speaks to how thoughtful these hosts are).

We have stayed at the Abode several times and it is always wonderful!

We visit the gulf coast often and opted for this ABNB this time. Well worth the money and centrally located to all the places we visit. Vinod was very responsive and checked in with us halfway through the stay to be sure everything was going good. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great family stay. Easy to access, clean, kids had a great time. Easily accommodated our family of seven. Quiet area. Train runs thru and was noisy during night but even that kids thought was fun. Sadly the pool was not available but the beach was close and we had a good time there. Really enjoyed. Would definitely go back. Thank you.

The condo was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. It was a quiet, peaceful location! Great early morning beach walks and awesome saltwater pool.

It snowed while we were there! Talk about a white sand beach. My kids loved it. There’s a delicious Cajun restaurant across the street.

Great stay. No surprise issues arose, which was wonderful! Host was very communicative and informative.
