Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Una excelente lugar para compartir con la familia y amor, la atención por parte de Marcelo es muy importante siempre está pendiente de que disfrutemos de la estadía, totalmente recomendado. 💯

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

Un lugar muy espacioso y bonito. Tenía varios juegos y entretenimientos así como la piscina temperada, fue muy acogedor y limpio.

Hospedaje muy recomendado! Está en un ambiente y ubicación ideal para descansar y distraerse, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y además varias opciones de entretenimiento para compartir con familia y amigos! La comunicación con el host fue muy buena, siempre atento.

El lugar es muy lindo, las fotos no muestran todo lo lindo que es y con muchas comodidades. Silencioso y privado.

Fatima es una gran anfitriona. Fue de mucha ayuda para nosotros para el tema transporte. Muy amable.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado para la crisis de energía, el anfitrión se ocupó de que haya un powerbank conectado al WiFi, además tenía una batería adicional para poder conectar la computadora y otros aparatos electrónicos y una linterna grande. por eso nunca fue necesario utilizar el cowoerking del edificio. El edificio tiene planta para las aereas comunes y es muy pet friendly, no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle, se duerme con mucha tranquilidad. En la habitación principal hay un pequeño calefactor, por si las noches son muy frías. Adicionalmente había un botellón de agua, eso nos encantó. Los anfitriones respondían rápido los mensajes y siempre estaban pendientes.

Carmen’s place is in a great area, close to everything you need / bright clean well equiped, with a really nice outdoor area to enjoy. Easy to self enter the apartment and to exit. Carmen herself was great to deal with. A great stay!

Un lugar acogedor con excelentes vistas y muy tranquilo

Me sentí como en casa, el apartamento fue acogedor, cálido y muy cómodo, con mucho espacio para familiares o amigos. Tiene todas las cosas que una casa rentera requiere para un hospedaje, la cocina es muy amplia y con mucha iluminación en la mañana; junto a ella la sala dónde puedes tomar un descanso mientras escuchas música, ves una película o lees un libro, este espacio es muy tranquilo. Sugiero levantarse mas temprano de lo habitual durante los fines de semana porque se encuentra en una zona muy comercial y transitada, lo cual tambien es una ventaja porque todo se encuentra relativamente cerca. Recomendaría ampliamente quedarse con Isabel. La coanfitriona Myrian es una persona muy educada y comunicativa estuvo siempre dispuesta a atender mis necesidades. Volvería sin lugar a dudas!

Very nice place. It's close to shops, all types of restaurants and short walk to Carolina park. The host is very informative and the process of checking in is easy. Use the driver. He is nice and helpful. I recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Estancia cómoda y agradable en el centro histórico de Quito. La casa es cómoda y tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen como huesped y te facilitan la llegada y el sentirte como en casa. Muy recomendable!!

El lugar es increíble, de verdad de ensueño!! Todo estuvo muy limpio y en orden. Y la amabilidad y hospitalidad de María es única. 100% recomendado. Sin duda alguna volveremos.

La propiedad de Esteban es muy hermosa, tiene una visibilidad de paisajes preciosos. El tiempo que estuvimos junto a mi familia pasamos hermoso en las instalaciones y en el amplio patio que tiene, además Esteban siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros, así mismo Miryam nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias. Muy recomendada la propiedad de Esteban.

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

Fue una estadía relajante y tranquila, la casa es antigua pero muy cuidada , Maria Agusta fue una anfitriona increíble siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades, realmente la pasamos increíble, justo lo que necesitaba con mi familia, un lugar cerca para poder movilizarnos en diferentes horarios y a la vez nos sentirnos alejados de todo. Muchas gracias por todo esperamos volver pronto.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !

Isabelle et son mari ont été très accueillant, ils sont à l'ecoute et n'hésite pas à proposer leur aide. Leur maison est très confortable et facile d'accès en voiture. J'ai passé un très bon séjour.
