Brenda, Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to rent grits! We had a great time even though we had a good bit of rain. Your place was beautiful! The trails were great especially since you could jump on the trail within minutes! Thank you for being so responsive to any issues that I had due to the storms! The whole house generator was a savior!!! The pictures of your place don’t do it justice! It was perfect.

I had a great weeks stay very relaxing.

A quiet and peaceful oasis was what I wanted for my birthday, and that’s exactly what this location was. It felt secluded with an amazing view of the lake that we were able watch to unwind and spend time as a family. The biggest draw initially was the hot tub, but we didn’t even end up using it as the location was just so relaxing already. There was a large sign for the cabin just before the driveway so it was easy to find, and Dale Hollow Pizza was a no-stress dinner with great food and plenty of leftovers. Very grateful to this host for sharing such a wonderful location with Airbnb. We were not disturbed at all by any neighbors, so I imagine if you’re a polite, decent, and respectful guest that you won’t see anyone in the area unless you choose to. Very happy with how peaceful and quiet this area is.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we have ever stayed at. If you are looking for the place location to unplug and take a deep breath, this is a perfect spot. The inside of the cabin is so fun and beautiful. Hanging out in the kitchen/living area alone is a treat. We were there for a big thunderstorm and sitting on the swing on the catwalk in front of those huge windows was a dream. Very easy access in and out of Big South Fork. We were only here for a short stay, so we didn’t venture far into the park, but the map showed every key location was within 50 mins. 10/10 recommend this for your next nature trip!

I stayed at Anne's place upon the recommendation of my sister & brother-in-law, who stayed there 2 weeks prior to my arrival. The name "Cozy Cabin" is an understatement! I loved it.....and the beds are SO comfortable that I had to take a look-see to find out the name of the mattress....Nectar! As far as supplies go, almost everything you can think of is there.....I WAY overbought stuff at the local Dollar General before arriving at the cabin. Hot tub is the bomb, and if you go down to the end of the street about a mile, you can hike down to the river (it's a strenuous walk), but beautiful. My primary mission was to check-out Big South Fork Airpark, which is located literally right down the street from the cabin. I spent most of my time on the back deck admiring the view, listening to birds chirping & listening to the morning dew fall from the trees. If you're single, or just a married couple, and you want to get away....and I mean get away....it's awesome.

This is a wonderful place to get away and relax. Very Quiet location close to the State Park and Golf. We will be back again

Pat was very understanding when we needed to change the check out day. Place was beautiul inside and out. It was well worth it and will definitely try and rent again next time we are out there.

Can't even describe how amazing this place was! So much bigger than expected. Finally a kitchen that was truly well stocked. Bill was awesome with communication and so personable. Amazing instructions for everything. Beautiful views, quiet and so homey. Y'all need to visit this place !

We stay at a lot of VRBOs, and many are near Big South Fork. This is our favorite place to stay on that side of the gorge. It's a wonderful set-up for horses AND people, every thing you need or want. I think this was our 4th or 5th stay there. Kristin and Mike are excellent communicators and truly want you to enjoy your stay. We'll be back (I say this every time.).

Wow Wow and WOW! If you’ve done much traveling at all, then you already know that there’s always something either broke missing or sometimes just stinky about the places that You’ve stayed, but not with this beautiful mountain side cabin! Jerry and Penny have the most immaculate location That we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! But It wasn’t just the beautiful cabin itself or the amazing view of the mountain sides and lake, It goes far beyond that! Their customer service and hospitality was 2nd to none. They stayed in contact with us during our stay just to ensure that me and my family were comfortable and takin care of daring our entire trip and if you are like most people who are coming down here to enjoy the lake then I don’t think you could find a better location. From the pull through driveway, making it a breeze to get your boat parked right next to the cabin for worry free parking and it only being a mile from the marina! 10/10 recommend We all loved it A must stay

Cedar Ridge was the perfect place to stay for a getaway to Dale Hollow. There was plenty of boat parking, easy access with the driveway, and a short drive to Star Point. Sherry was incredibly helpful and the cabin had everything we could have needed. The check in and out process was simple and the scenery around the cabin is beautiful. We felt right at home in the comfort of the living room and loved all the lake and historical details. We will definitely be back.

This was our second time there this summer for a friends + kids lake gateway and we loved every minute. Pat’s place has all the kitchen amenities you’ll need and the open floor plan including large screened in porch is perfect.

Very clean, large, well-furnished house. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Great little cabin in Jamestown! Conveniently located. Very clean and had a lot of small amenities like hand soap (most airbnbs don’t stock this!) and Kleenex. I wish the kitchen was better stocked - we needed butcher knives and a cutting board and couldn’t find them. Overall, this exceeded our expectations and we’d definitely recommend
