Time Capsule in the Sonoran Desert

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Peaceful Little Desert House - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.

The Coop- Luxury guest house with ideal location

This luxury guest home was originally a chicken coop for a farmer over 60 years who owned the majority of the land in the area. With an addition and a complete renovation, we have designed this for the perfect vacation rental ideally located in Tucson. 15 minutes to Banner and the U of A. 10 minutes to Oro Valley or the freeway. If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located Tucson casita. I am a new homeowner and am excited to share my space with first-time and frequent visitors of Tucson. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard offers peekaboo views of the Catalina mountains to the north. Easy access to the U of A (<4 miles) as well as all of the arts, eats, walking/hiking, views, and entertainment that Tucson has to offer!
