A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

De accommodatie is gelegen op het huiskamerplein van Orta San Giulio, dus dichtbij kunst en cultuur, prachtige panoramische uitzichten en restaurants. Gelegen aan de meerzijde van een pand uit 1850, dus zeer centraal, maar toch rustig. Dankzij het grote gebogen raam is het uitzicht het beste wat je kunt wensen in Orta!
