Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Airy loft home is a modern safari-style getaway! Large kitchen/island overlook the sofa, fireplace and 65" Smart TV. Large 1st floor bathroom is by the master, which has adjustable king bed & 50" Smart TV. Upstairs has a queen bed, 55" Smart TV, bathroom/shower and a 3-person bunk bed. Rowing machine and 2-person hot tub on the balcony! Home of the natural waterfall is about 10ft.high and approximately 100ft. wide. Once the site of water powered Grist mill in 1875.The falls are easily viewed from the 1893 Iron Truss bridge or hike down to the water. It's a great place for picnics,swimming,fishing and bird watching. Or just relaxing to sounds of water.

Our little Poke Daniels Lake has some of the best fishing. We are 45 minutes from El Dorado lake. There are many sites close to us. Howard has many specialty shops and some of the best eating places you can find in these parts.
