Perfect for families, small groups, or individuals looking to relax in spacious comfort, the Master bedroom is located on the main floor with an en-suite bath and a sliding door leading to a porch. Upstairs is a second Master bedroom, which features a private balcony and an en-suite bath. The two additional bedrooms have a queen in one and 2 twins in the other with a shared spacious bathroom.

Tipsea Turtle

Directly on the Beach in Hooper’s Bay. The Villa is a stone throw away from the ocean (20 steps/5 second fall from the deck to the ocean). A private access to Hooper’s Bay Beach, where the famous turtles of Exuma are located. The villa is 5 minute walk (12 minutes if you’re tipsy) to Smitty’s Convenience Store & CNK liquor store. The Bay itself is known for its calm and shallow waters, which is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, boating, diving, fishing, etc.

Cloud Nine is a large 4 bedroom house right on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Exuma. The house has everything you might to make your stay comfortable.
