Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!

Apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, large back porch, and hot tub. Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is only 2.

The condo is newly renovated with all oak/tile floors, a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa bed, sleeps 4, a walk in shower, high ceilings, 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor pool.

River Adventure on Little River in the Smokies!

Strawberry Patch is a historic set of quaint cabins located right on the bank of the Little River, you can even hear the babbling of it right from your room. Over the acre property there is a small waterfall & ample room to relax right by the river, or in it! Or, if sitting on the porch over looking the river and reading a book is your thing, there are tons you can pick up right in your room. By night, you can sit around the authentic fire pit. This is the place for rustic relaxation.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

The property is close to all major attractions, & is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo is located directly across from the pool/hot tub and adjacent to the lobby where you can help yourself to complimentary hot beverages.
