This was literally a last minute decision to go to Murfreesboro. Nothing much was available, but we saw that The Hangout was about 30-40min away which wasn’t bad. The home was spotless when we arrived. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We could’ve just chilled and hung-out here all day and enjoyed the view. Wish we had more time to enjoy it than just our quick 2 nights. Highly recommended this place.

Spent two days in the area visiting family, and Terry's place was perfect for our group of four. The space is identical to the photos and in a very peaceful location. Extremely clean and has everything you could need. Terry was very responsive and left helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities.

We had such a lovely time. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house had all the mining supplies we needed. Robin was very responsive and check in and out was very simple.

Our family wanted a place to stay together while in the area to bury our sweet Grandma who was born and raised in this area. This great property made it possible for three generations to stay together and have family time. the property managers were kind enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late to accommodate timing for the funeral. There was a plumbing issue happening on our arrival but the property managers let us know that was going on and just one bathroom was affected and plumbers had it fixed within two hours of our arrival so it was no big deal. The area is gorgeous and the home was spacious enough for us to enjoy meals around the massive dining room table with the whole family. We also appreciated the games that are at the home. Our teens played an hours long round of Settlers of Catan.

This was our first time staying in an air bnb. My husband has always been skeptical. We were won over by this accommodation. I am so thankful this was our first experience. It made our trip so enjoyable. We will be visiting here again (if available) when visiting family. 😀

We enjoyed our stay here and found the home very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the bathrooms were clean. Her mining equipment was fantastic and made us feel like professionals at the crater of diamonds!

The host was kind, and very helpful with pre-stay communication. The backyard was spectacular, and there was plenty of outdoor fun available including a wonderful porch and grill. If you have pets or small children, be aware that there is no fenced area and the house is DIRECTLY adjacent to a very busy highway. The front porch is wonderful, but there's very little space between it and the highway. The home itself is spectacular, clean, open, and wonderful for a family or friends wanting to make some memories together! We loved spending our Thanksgiving holiday in such a comfortable, clean space.

If you're looking for a private, peaceful, nature immersive place to stay, this is a fantastic spot for you! Our group was very comfortable in the house and we loved having such a beautiful property to "hike" around. We loved the observation decks and outside pavilion area onsite with fireplace and tables/chairs to spend time at as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Super cute and clean place. We came to go to the Crater of Diamond Park and it was very close to there. They were super flexible about letting us have a late check-out which made our travel easier. Coffee pods, creamers and a well-appointed kitchen made cooking easy. Her place was a little bit more expensive than staying in a local hotel, but much nicer overall.

Beautiful house and property. Loved the amenities provided for families. Excellent communication between the host . Would come again!

Nice clean small group of cabins with nice drive to crater of diamonds state park. Quiet and close to the lake. Would stay again.

Beautiful property! The river was a little high due to recent flooding but that didn't effect any of our stay. The rescue cats and dog was a perfect add on to staying here because we love animals too! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Good value for a comfortable cabin in a nice area. Host was also very proactive with respect to any possible issues that could crop up.

Hi, we booked Cabin 4 after our other Airbnb with another person was canceled last year. Thankfully I found Cindy's Airbnb and it fit our needs perfectly. Communication was superior, check in was easy, and the size enough to make this mini vacation for our family a great way to fellowship and catch up. The Kitchen was a little smaller than I had hoped, but still perfect for our needs. The amenities, like Roku TV with streaming availability, wifi, fans portable and ceiling, charcoal grill and fire pit filled our time when we didn't play games that were provided. The reason for our visit to Kirby Arkansas #1 The Crater Diamond Mine (last visit 20 years ago), totality viewing of the Eclipse 8th April 2024, family reunion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Cindy for the Eclipse Gift Bag, and everything else. my family- husband, son (22), daughter (33) her kids 10 &7) truly appreciate you. We will look for availability of your Cabins, whenever we're traveling back to Kirby.
