The Farmhouse was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend get away! It was cozy, clean, well stocked, and so so cute! The property was beautiful. Even though they have multiple homes on the property, it is still very private. I can tell that Marianne cares about the experience of her guest and put alot of thought into the little details that make this air bnb feel like a home. Marianne and her team were very informative on what to expect and quick to respond! The surrounding towns were very quaint and there was lots to explore! I would absolutely recommend the farmhouse or any of Marianne's homes to anyone looking for a peaceful get away.

If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and super private then this is your go to place. The house was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. 10/10 recommend to anyone interested in some time off and a place to relax.

Second time I've stayed here and I will definitely be back. All you need to know to enjoy the cabin is that you're renting an 1800s small cabin in the middle of the woods. As long as you aren't expecting the Ritz, you'll love this space. Cozy, comfortable, lots of wildlife, so many birds! I can't wait to go back.

This was my first experience with an Airbnb, so I was a little apprehensive. My stay at River’s Edge exceeded my expectations. First, the hosts were so nice and they gave us a warm greeting when we arrived. The rental was quaint and really quiet. Everything we needed was provided. It was very clean and the beds were sooo comfortable! Slept like a baby. Adirondack chairs out back to enjoy the “river’s edge”. We were only about 9 miles from town, but it felt much farther (which was a good thing!). I would recommend River’s Edge to anyone looking for a quiet, rustic getaway, and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a perfect stay and experience. The owners were so responsive and helpful. Even though the cabin was remote (what we wanted), it was easy to access because of their clear instructions. The property is beautiful and secluded with perfect creek access and the amenities you need and want. We will absolutely be back.

If you are looking for a quiet spot to relax, this little cabin is your place! Nestled in the pines, with the river a stones throw away, and deer around, you’ll enjoy absolute privacy. The cabin is perfect and the beds are comfortable, to boot! Water pressure in the shower was less than desirable, but that’s the only real negative thing. We’d definitely book again when in the area.

We had changes in our schedule and the original location we requested also changed. But Barbara worked with us and made everything even better! We recommend this AirBnB location for any group that wants a serene and beautiful area surrounded by woods - and cows! - for peace and relaxation. The local wildlife included lots of deer and birds - hawks, jays, doves, finches etc We will be back

We had a softball tournament in Columbia Ms , the ball field is about 35 minutes away. Which was perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed 2 night relaxing on this wonderful property. We will stay again. Our pup was living his best life running all over!! It was a great weekend thank you!!

We just needed to get out of town and this gorgeous cabin right next to a lovely pond suited us perfectly. It is set back far from the main road. The pond is about 15 or so feet from the front porch, which has a porch swing, chairs and tables. The covered BBQ area has a nice large table and multiple comfortable chairs. The rest of the area is green grass, trees and peace. The cows on the other side of the wire fence went about their business as if we weren't even there. We hope to visit again, just for the peaceful seclusion.

Lovely, peaceful, quiet space with lots of grounds to explore and animals to pet (especially the dog Rodeo ❤️) Waking up to the rooster's crow was a special experience for us city kids. 😊 My kids thought it'd be weird sharing someone's house while they were hone, but our living quarters were separate enough from her personal space that they felt very comfortable. Great little Louisiana get away cabin - loved the outdoor shower and beautiful land, a sweet neighborhood pup and clean, modern linens and kitchen. I wasn't clear that the queen bed was a fold-out couch, but that was maybe me not reading closely- the twin beds & full bed in the lofts are very comfy, of course since it's a loft it will be warmer up there. Plan to sleep in the loft or save the pull-out for kids with good backs or just sleep on the couch- the fold out will block late night access to the bathroom so avoid it if you can- the other beds are comfy enough!

Beautiful little getaway in Mississippi. Cabin was right on the creek and the grounds had a lot of amenities: dog park, mini-golf, playground for the kids. Everyone had a great time!

We stayed here for a girls trip. We had plenty of room and loved the seclusion of the property. The house is great with everything you will need to make your stay wonderful. We really liked the outdoorsy decor and felt like we were in the mountains. We will be back to enjoy during the warmer months. Thank you for a great place to relax and have fun.
