Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. Charming completely renovated studio apartment in quiet St. Pete neighborhood sits below another apartment. Studio has dishes and glasses, pots, pans, utensils, linens, etc. The apartment has a kitchenette with a table top burner with two burners (no oven) a medium-sized fridge, microwave, convection oven & coffee maker. Furnishings: Full-sized bed (new as of June 2024), table, chairs, bookcases, wardrobe. French doors lead to patio; new appliances and small shower, TV and cable/internet.

Hang out surrounded by the tropical plant life in the backyard. Cozy string lights drape the 6 foot privacy fence in the backyard. This is part of a duplex unit (another unit is attached to this one), but everything is private inside and outside. (No pets allowed :-))
