Had a great stay at Francoise's place! Good location situated minutes away from SM Legazpi and local attractions. Very secluded; free from road and street noise which is a plus especially when located centrally in the city. Please use instructions when driving in! They are there for a reason!

The microwave was missing and the kettle needs replacement. The water goes on and off for some reason. But the place was still the best for me! Not perfect but very very good!! Thankful that i found this place. Hehe. Thank you to the hosts!!

The place is easy to find. It is quiet. The bedrooms are spacious,as well as the dining area. There's a lot of towel provided. Plus factor is the scenic view of Mt. Mayon—you can marvel at its beauty even while washing the dishes. The caretaker is very accommodating, and Ms. Wong responds promptly to my queries. This place is highly recommended to others.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for our friend's wedding. We wanted to book an entire apartment or house for ourselves but it was super hard to find one that fits our budget. Riena's place was absolutely perfect for us. It's a decently sized house. It has all the furnitures and appliances we needed and more. And it's super affordable too! It was the best accomodation we could find in Daraga and Legazpi and I'm glad it was available on our trip. The host was also super responsive. They would always respond immediately even when I messaged around midnight. The instructions and directions were also very clear and detailed. It made it super easy for us to find the house even when we used public transport. It's a peaceful location but also close and accessible enough to get to the fun places. We loved staying there. It was super worth it.

Beautiful and cozy place. Close to SM Legazpi. Feben Water Station was the landmark for grab delivery and grab car for easy location. Clean house and very helpful and responsive host.

The place is exactly what you see in the photos. It’s very clean and the place is very peaceful and quiet since it’s not exactly beside the road. It may be hard to spot sometimes specially at night since the alley is quite small but there is a landmark provided by the host. Ms Eve is a great host, she quickly replies whenever we ask something and very friendly as well

We had a fantastic experience at your place, and we truly appreciate the excellent service provided by Ms. Salve and Kuya Jomar. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made everything so convenient, ensuring that all our needs were met without any hassle. Ms. Salve was always attentive and proactive, making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Kuya Jomar was just as exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and service-oriented individuals, and we sincerely appreciate their efforts in making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Booked the studio flat for 3 weeks. It was clean, spacious and complete with basic amenities. Wifi speed was top. Lovely host and staff. Ana was always responsive and helpful. Walking distance to the town centre, market and supermarkets. Public transport everywhere. Highly recommended. Will definitely book next time!

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

Galing kami sa super nakakapagod na long drive tapos inabutan pa ng ulan, pero pagdating namin sa place—instant comfort agad. Ang linis at ang laki pala ng space, hindi halata sa photos! Kahit madami kami, malamig pa rin ang aircon, super comfy talaga. Thank you din sa mabilis na pag-accommodate ng request namin for extra pillow, naappreciate namin yon. overall, super sulit and highly recommended ang stay! Til our next booking. 😊

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, it was very peaceful and quiet. It just really feels like home! This airbnb is best for family or even alone hehe because it was just really peaceful! Love the long rest and nap inside the rooms + you could watch Netflix or Youtube. I also appreciate the owner since she was really responsive to all my questions and messages. For sure we would love to definitely book again once we go back to Bicol! Thank you again, Ms. Caroline! Our stay was amazing ❤️
