Un séjour de rêve chez Ilias qui a été aux petits soins pour nous de A à Z : conseils, recherches de location de voiture, réservation d'un taxi de confiance, mise en lien avec une de ses amies qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis le soir, réactivité dans la communication et toujours beaucoup de bienveillance et de gentillesse! La maison est vraiment magnifique, confortable, soigneusement décorée, avec des espaces pour chacun. Ménage parfait, lits tout prêts :) Le quartier, loin de la foule de Plaka, regorge de petites adresses de bars, créateurs, restaurants, à 2 pas du superbe musée d'art moderne et à 15mn à pied de l'Acropole! C'est notre coup de cœur absolu! Et partout l'odeur des orangers... Un immense merci à notre hôte donc, qui n'a pas eu peur d'accueillir dans cet écrin 4 enfants, leur grand mère et leur maman ❤️ Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Andreas nous a proposé un logement de rêve et a été d une gentillesse incroyable! Toujours disponible, de nombreux conseils tant en termes de restaurants qu en termes de visites 😊 en plus une localisation de rêve, que demander de plus ? Encore un énorme merci à lui pour cette semaine inoubliable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space. The decor was modern and cozy, with an incredible attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay, this is the place to book. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Athen in der Wohnung von Kalliope. Leider wurde ein Haus illegal aufgestockt, was die Sicht auf die Akropolis fast vollständig versperrt hat. Das hat uns Kalliope kurz vor der Ankunft aber auch mitgeteilt. Dennoch war das natürlich sehr schade. Die Dachterrasse war wirklich super und wäre mit der Aussicht noch spektakulärer gewesen. Kalliope war sehr freundlich und hat uns nett empfangen und verabschiedet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Zu Fuß gelangt man problemlos nach Plaka, zum Zeus-Tempel und Nationalgarten und auch zur Akropolis. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Very spacious flat with great views of the acropolis. The bedroom was setup to sleep 4 and it worked very well, there was plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and nice touches like slippers were very welcome. Short walk to monastiraki square and all the sights. Lots of restaurants in a 10m radius. Our kids loved the jacuzzi.

this is probably the best location you can dream of in Athens. the unobstructed views from the balcony are unimaginable and the apartment itself is just amazing, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, can’t recommend the place enough!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Maria ! L’emplacement est calme mais dans un quartier vivant, c’était très propre, Maria était très arrangeante et amicale, tout était conforme à la description.

This is my second time staying at Maria's, and it has been perfect. I love how cozy and warm the apartment is and at the same time has everything you could possibly need, you just feel right at home. Maria is a very sweet and bubbly person and has a contagious laugh :) we met when I first arrived and she made sure that I have all the information I needed about the apartment. Since it was Christmas time, Maria had beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that just made me smile every time I entered the apartment. She also had some Greek Sweets for Christmas which were delicious! Once you stay at Maria's Im certain it will always become your first choice when visiting Voula/Athens.

Die Wohnung war schön und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, 5 min entfernt von U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle. Supermarkt und Bäckerei waren auch in der Nähe. Nicht weit vom Zentrum.

Очень милая и чистая квартира в пригороде Афин. Наша поездка в Афины в один из дней заняла всего 40-50 минут в одну сторону. Хозяева живут на верхнем этаже и все время готовы придти на помощь, это исключительно интеллигентные и деликатные люди. В 8 минутах езды находится магазин Lidl со всем необходимым, а кухня полностью оборудована. Мы отдохнули от шума города и насладились звуками деревни. Спасибо!!

Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche in der alles vorhanden war was man zum Kochen braucht und um sich morgens einen Kaffee zu machen. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar nur über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, jedoch ist sie sehr privat und man hat eine extrem tolle Aussicht über Athen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen! Als einzigen Hinweis: die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig in einem sehr sicheren Viertel von Athen, jedoch geht man zu Fuß wirklich sehr viele Treppen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen.

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We spent 5 nights at the Athens Riviera Apartments in early April with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location away from central Athens but with good restaurants, the marina, park, sea and the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center all close by. It was 15 mins in a taxi to the Acropolis and other sights. The apartment is perfect for a family stay. Good size living space and bedrooms, and a private balcony. The pool on the rooftop was great for relaxing at the end of the day (though a little cold in April). Lastly, when our flight home was cancelled due to strikes, we were allowed to stay another night and extend our holiday. Would highly recommend!

Πολύ ωραία διαμονή φοβερός χώρος. Δίπλα στο μετρό. Καθαρός και πολύ ωραία εξυπηρέτηση με τον οικοδεσπότη. Και Πάρκιν.

Very welcoming host, apartment exactly as described, lovely location with great views from the pool and terrace, ping pong table indoors was a bonus! Nice that some things like salt & pepper, spare bin bags, coffee pods, etc were all provided so we didn’t need to buy new ones, plus a couple of beers in the fridge too! Thanks for a great stay.

i went here for my birthday and it was the nicest gift i could give myself. communication with the host was very easy and quick. the space was clean and well put together. the view is insane!! loved it<3
