Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

Newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath home just a few blocks from the beach! Perfect for a weekend getaway for the family or even a romantic trip away for two! Short drive to downtown Embarcadero filled with lavish restaurants, charming wine bars and modern pubs with live music! We do have some road work being done in the driveway but it’s drive-able and the owner walks you through the process of coming & going from the property. Stay in this freshly painted and newly furnished beach house. As soon as you walk through the door you'll feel relaxed and at home here. This spacious 2 bdrm and 1.5 bath house sleeps 6. Both of the bdrms have comfortable king size beds with 600 thread count sheets. The kitchen is ready for cooking and includes a Keurig. The backyard is the perfect place to hang out around the firepit and grill after a day of exploring the Central Coast. Walking distance to the Oceano Dunes.
