1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Wildlife and Wine

Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

WE CATER TO THE 420 FRIENDLY CROWD! Take a trip back in time and experience the 1970s style California cannabis farm! Chill out, play some old school vinyl records, and enjoy that sweet sweet California ganja! This was a medical cannabis farm prior to legalization. A blast from the past! The halcyon days of analog music, groovy style and Rock and Roll rebellion. Cool vibes and free beautiful human beings. This is an off grid antique farmhouse. Unplug from the Matrix and come live real life!

Located on a hill near well-known wineries is Magnolia Vineyard Wine Makers Cottage. There are expansive views from the deck overlooking our Vineyard, oak-studded hillside, and city lights beyond. This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.

This little 2 bedrooom/2 bath home is a hidden gem in Arroyo Grande's quaint Village. Chefs will appreciate the high-end range in the well-stocked and spacious kitchen.
