Newer appliances, newer window air conditioner in each bedroom. 10th floor 50 shades of blue, views of Caribbean, ocean breezes, views of El Yunque mountains (rain forest) behind two condo towers. Outdoor unheated Pool, round Kiddie pool at the condo, open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Newer pay washers/dryers in condo laundry room, gated condo; 24 hour 7 days a week security guards.

The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is AVAILABLE.
