Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. The property consists of fully equiped kithchen,bedroom,bathroom with a shower,aircondition,free wifi,smart tv, NETFLIX and the balcony overlooking the Triumphant Arch.It is perfect for eating out or just have a glass of vine in the evening! The market is a few minutes walk and it has an amazing amounth of freh fish,meat and vegetables. The port and the bus station are a few minutes walk.
