Foyer, One bedroom, Large living room, dining room, Very Contemporary new bathroom with Waterfall Shower and Deep Soaking Tub. There is no Kitchen, however we do have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. No off street parking. 2 minute walk to downtown boutiques and restaurants, live entertainment. This is the front half of my home, we do share a wall, but separate units.

Close to historic parks, & 15 min. from several nearby wineries, amid the El Dorado foothills. Enjoy the wine country and the El Dorado Fairground, less than 2 miles from the studio. Come for the river rafting, bike & hiking trails, local lakes/rivers or a 55 min. drive to Lake Tahoe!

This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. A small table with chairs offers a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. A small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we DO NOT have a kitchen)

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

Broad Street Studio in downtown Nevada City

Nestled in the heart of historic Nevada City, this basement studio ( one open space no separate bedroom) is a perfect opportunity to enjoy our beautiful little town and all that it has to offer. Located a few doors up from the Methodist Church, it provides a private setting with off street parking within the city limits. Walk to shops, restaurants, walking trails and more. Newly remodeled with a kitchen and private patio. Basement has low 7 foot ceilings.
