Great flat, at a very good reaidential location with a local neighbourhood vibe. Underground and basic local amenities are all within very close proximity. Danae was great, helpful and flexible. Would definitely recommend.

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

Eva nous a attendus à 23h00 pour nous accueillir de manière chaleureuse. Son appartement est très grand, propre et lumineux. Il faut bien le chauffer quand on est hors saison. Pour la situation, il est proche de la station de métro qui arrive directement de l’aéroport, d’un supermarché et de restaurants ouverts très tard. Nous recommandons. Merci à Eva pour ce séjour.

We kwamen laat in de avond aan door problemen met het vliegtuig. Giannis had al verteld dat het laatste stukje even een klimmetje was maar zelfs in het donker ging alles prima. De eerste dagen was er veel wind en dat zette de shutters van de ramen in beweging maar als de wind gaat liggen is het heerlijk stil. We hebben elke dag heerlijk uitgeslapen en vanuit Neo Kosmos de rest van Athene ontdekt en op veel plekken gegeten die Giannis had aangeraden. Dit was onze eerste keer Athene maar wat een leuke stad! We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn niet veel thuis geweest maar hebben wel elke ochtend en ‘s avonds laat van het prachtige uitzicht genoten. Dit is geen luxe verblijf en zo wordt het ook niet geadverteerd door Giannis. Top!

My family and I stayed at Apostolis’ apartment from April 2nd to 5th, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Its location was ideal, with easy access to the metro station, as well as numerous cafés, bars, and tavernas nearby. Apostolis was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. At the end of our stay, he even surprised us with a kind gift, which was a lovely touch. If we return to Athens, we would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city.

Tonia est très réactive et accueillante, son studio est très propre dans un quartier que nous aimons. Nous reviendrons. C est agréable d être accueillis par quelqu’un qui se déplace à l heure de notre arrivée.

Iro's apartment is full of eclectic charm. a huge space for one person, and central bit without being right in the middle of the touristy area. The immediate area might seem not look very upscale but has much to explore. The apartment is clean and everything works as it should. The only trick was that I could not find the light in the hallway which could be really dark even during the day. I would definitely recommend Iro's apartment.

This place was in a great location close to acropolis and close to restaurants. It was super clean and a very nice beautiful space with lots of room. We really loved and enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. We felt very safe. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. She helped us with a few things and recommendations and we couldn’t be more thankful. She was very pleasant to meet.

We had an awesome stay here! Lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance, and also close to the tram/metro/bus so it was easy to get into the heart of Athens. The private parking was amazing -- finding parking within Athens can be such a battle so it was wonderful to have a guaranteed (and gated!) spot for our rental. Also awesome to be able to do laundry in the middle of our trip. This house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Amazing stay, we'll be back for sure!

A quiet place in a residential area, close to the tourist area around the Acropolis and the more local districts where Greeks go for diner. The house is very original with tasteful furniture. Be aware the house is split up in a cosy basement apartment with one bedroom and bathroom, and the main house with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The view from the jacuzzi on the Acropolis is amazing.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful—she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was quick and clear throughout. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la zona era tranquilla, anche passeggiare la sera era molto bello. L’appartamento è pulito e tranquillo ed i vicini silenziosi, se dovessi tornare ad Atene ci tornerei! C’è un po’ di strada verso la metro peró è facilmente percorribile dato che piena di negozi e pianeggiante. Consiglio!

οι οδηγίες της Αντιγόνης ήταν τελειες η υποδοχή της υποδειγματική μια πραγματική κυρία το διαμέρισμα έκοβε την ανάσα ηοταν αντίκρυσμα τη θάλασσα μέχρι και τα νησιά φαινόντουσαν πολύ ήσυχο σούπερ καθαρό ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα θα έρθω σύντομα οπωσδήποτε

Der Eingang der Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstrassse, aber das Appartement hat helle Zimmer auf der Rückseite und besitzt einen großen Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Das Stadtviertel hat ein lebhaftes Flair mit seinen Restaurants und Bars. Die Konditorei Artistan ist super. Den Gastgeber kann man sehr empfehlen.

Logement très spacieux et propre. Nous recommandons fortement d'y séjourner d'autant qu'il y a une place de parking. Un excellent séjour. Merci John.

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Aussichtsterrasse. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights and everything was perfect from start to finish. Panos was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly. The apartment is very spacious, peacefull and comfortable. The large veranda was a great outside space to relax on .There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby and the local area was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again if visiting Athens.
