Precioso apartamento al lado DE LA PLAYA, el paseo marítimo y el centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas , el puerto, preciosas calas para ir paseando, atracciones casi todo el año...Todo a mano sin necesidad de coger el coche. 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos, (para el máximo confort) aire acondicionado,calefaccion,WiFi rápido(Max gratis) y ASCENSOR.A 50 mtrs de la cabalgata del famoso¡CARNAVAL DE VINAROZ! a 15 min. de PEÑISCOLA, 45 min. de AQUARAMA,1 hora de POR AVENTURA..

Casa reformada en pleno centro, 300 metros playa

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación estratégica. Está en el centro urbano de Vinaroz, dentro de la zona peatonal. Es muy silenciosa por la noche. Con más de 150 años de antigüedad, ha sido reformada con mucho cariño. Dicen que es muy alegre y original. Se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. También tiene una bonita terraza para disfrutar noches románticas. Mercado central a 2 minutos y caminando para llegar a la playa son 4 m. Tiene escaleras, no apta para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Das Strandhaus wurde 2020 komplett saniert! Unser Strandhaus bietet einen schönen Meerblick und liegt direkt am Strand. Restaurants und die Innenstadt von Vinaròs sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ihr werdet diese Unterkunft lieben, weil ihr in gerade einmal einer Minute im Meer sein könnt! Paare, Familien und Alleinreisende und alle Meeresliebhaber werden sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Auch Hunde sind nach Absprache willkommen (zusätzlich 80 EUR pro Gesamtaufenthalt ohne Futter und Zubehör).

Piso a primera linea de mar en interior

Piso de 3 habitaciones dobles en primera línea de mar en Vinaròs (Comunidad Valenciana - Castellón). Se trata de un quinto con ascensor. Amplio comedor con chaise-long con sofá que se convierte en cama para otras dos personas. Totalmente equipado ( cocina con horno y microondas, cafetera italiana, lavadora, tres televisores — dos en habitaciones y una en comedor Dos aseos. El piso tiene vistas al interior del municipio y se accede des del paseo marítimo.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
