Villa Mercedes is a great Ocean View apartment, totally rebuilt. Occupy the floors 9th and 10th. The apartment is total private, it is the only one in it's floor. Very clear and bright, with large glass windows and big balconies. A new elevator for guest, and another one for emergency. The building is located in El Vedado, the best area of Havana. Five star Hotels, the best shopping center of the city, good restaurants, coffee shops, taxi, and entertainment places, all around, walking distance.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with sea views from the rooms. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living room. Located one block from the sea and in the most important and beautiful residential area in Havana: MIRAMAR.
