Hi – welcome to our modern and compact private free standing studio (325 sq ft), centrally located near restaurants, transportation and freeways. Bright and cozy, featuring private entrance, full stove, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, and AC/heat. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s the perfect home base while you explore the city. NOTE this is a studio guest house on our property, and we do live in the front house. We may say hi if we see you. 1 car permit will be provided.

Bedroom +Den with private entrance and private bathroom. The unit has 1 queen bed in the bedroon and 1 pull out futon in the den. The bed is made and there are sheets. blankets, and pillows in the closet for the futon. Nice Neighborhood, 10 minutes from LAX, Walk to beach. Close access to Venice, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and South Bay Beach Cities. Hair Dryer.

We have a beautiful private room with a private full bathroom, walk-in closet and a separate entrance. We are less than 10 min away from LAX and just over 1 mile away from the beach. We have an incredible location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also have plenty of street parking available right outside our place.
