We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.

You can find everything you need to prepare a nice meal at our kitchen- living area, and after a surf session, hiking or mtb ride, you can chill at our jacuzzi appreciating the panoramic view. The accommodation is within our property where we live all year round. it is located in pinilla hacienda (in front of marriot hotel). 500m from the beach ( mansita, avellana, langosta). It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.
