En cuanto al precio ,la casa era super cómoda y grande ,los aires acondicionados funcionan excelentes,lo único q necesitan ,a mi entender un poco mejor las toallas y las sabanas,x lo demás, no hay quejas ,sueper cómoda para familias de 8 personas ,los muebles cómodos, el parking aunque es en la calle,el lugar muy tranquilo y seguro para dejar,los autos, somos de ponce y conozco muy bien el area,mi pueblo querido!un lugar al q regresaria!

Julio's place was beautiful. Had everything to cook, chill or just have a calming and restful experience. The highlight was the small pool just in front of the sea. We stayed during the island's general blackout. The hosts were extremely responsive and called a mechanic who turned the power plant on for us. We never felt we were under a blackout. Extremely appreciative of the fast response.

The house is more beautiful in person, and feels larger than in the pictures. Check in and check out was seamless. Julio was very responsive, proactive, and friendly host. We stayed in the house during one of Puerto Ricos largest blackout, and the house energy generator worked very well, we had zero problems with that. Overall me and my family had a great time, and my children had a lot of fun in the shallow beach in front of the house. We spotted different species of fishes and crabs in the mornings. I would definitely stay in the house again.

Mi estancia fue agradable. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitaba, y el lugar brinda un ambiente seguro, lo que me permitió disfrutar con tranquilidad. El espacio es bonito y cómodo, ideal para una estancia relajante. Además, aprecié mucho la flexibilidad del anfitrión, lo cual fue un gran detalle.

The house was perfect for our annual trip to Borikén. Great location near the highways and with proximity to pharmacies, groceries, restaurants, fast food, gasoline, and a delicious bakery. Located on a nice quiet street and the backyard was an oasis of peace. We rested in the hammocks for hours! Wonderful and highly responsive host.

Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful. The property overall is a bit older but a historically well persevered property, spacious and, comfortable and in an incredible location. There was an island wide blackout during our stay, and Carlos was very hospitable and genuinely friendly while he helped us resolve issues with the generator and the electricity. I appreciated his local recommendations of restaurants as well. Would highly recommend if you want a genuine experience in Ponce!

Very welcoming and perfect location. Many things to do within walking distance. The home & property itself was well maintained and the backyard was definitely a huge plus being able to sit and enjoy your own oasis outside. The owners were very responsive and hospitable. Will definitely be booking their home again in the future

Enjoyed our stay and golfed every day. So nice to come home to a hat shower and comfortable couch. Slept like a baby.
