Within 700m to Skytrain, bus, and vibrant Commercial Drive.

This impeccably clean, bright, and safe LITTLE space is in Hastings Sunrise in East Vancouver. Located near the PNE, this suite is 30 mins from the airport, 20 mins to downtown, 15 mins to the North Shore. We are in a generally quiet residential area, yet you can easily walk to all of the urban amenities you would expect in a city or use the transit just up the street. Please note the above location description. If you want to be in the centre of action then maybe this isn't the spot for you :)

Located in the Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood, you'll find a lot of independent stores and restaurants alongside older mom-and-pop businesses. Nearby is the brewery district with over a dozen microbreweries. Hastings Park, the Pacific National Exhibition and T&T Supermarket are all within walking distance. Enjoy easy access to both Highway 1 and downtown. In house laundry is NOT available for guests, there is a coin laundromat at the corners of East 1st. Av and Renfrew a 10 minute walk.

Pandora Street Suite

We are happy to welcome you to our quiet, friendly older home tucked into an urban garden. Built in 1942 we are located in East Vancouver and a 5 minute walk from coffee shops and restaurants. If you are cooking, please spice up your dinner with herbs from the garden. The double bed is handmade and comfy and the bathroom is recently renovated. We are about 45 min. from YVR. There is easy access to bicycle routes, the North Shore mountains, Whistler and BC's Interior.
