Service-appartementen in Havana

I have stayed at Marhabana Apartment a number of times in the past. The hosts, Libia and Yuri, are very welcoming and attentive. The breakfasts Libia prepares are delicious. The location is very near excellent restaurants and is within walking distance to the 4 main plazas in Habana Vieja. The rooms are spacious and the living room is ideal for the group to gather. I will definitely stay there during future trips to Havana.

Tamara’s place is a hidden gem! She is the absolute best host and went above and beyond to help us when we dealt with some major flight delays and airline issues. Her kindness and flexibility saved our entire trip. Tamara had the best recommendations and was always quick to respond if we needed something throughout our stay. She arranged a taxi from and to the airport for us and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and simple. The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Havana. It’s clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. We are SO happy we stayed at Tamara’s and can’t recommend it enough.

Charming brutalist rooftop apartment overlooking the Malecon! Convenient central location for exploring various neighborhoods, barely a 5 minute walk from Hotel Nacional. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast was excellent!

Primera vez en Cuba y primera parada fue La Habana. Estancia excelente, desayuno rico con huevos revueltos y frutas frescas y jugos. Yaniet, a cada rato que nos veía nos preguntaba por cómo nos sentíamos y si nos hacía falta cualquier cosa. 3 dormitorios limpios y posibilidad de cocinar pero no lo usamos. La terraza la podías disfrutar tomando algo si querías, todo fue genial. Muchas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad! Muy recomendado

Alessandro’s place is a gorgeous gem tucked away in local havana. The space was beautiful, clean, modern and had an amazing view of the ocean and bustling city life. Alessandro provided amazing recommendations and services that made me feel like we were old friends. Would definitely stay here and recommend a friend 1000x over!

La casa de Osdel es maravillosa, cómoda y en las habitaciones hay silencio. Está en La Habana vieja cerca de todo, si bien es cierto que la calle donde está situada no es la típica calle de La Habana vieja, pero es una calle tranquila y los vecinos son personas muy amables. Si volviera repetiría sin dudarlo.

Fernando nos recibió súper bien! Desde las 10 am nos permitió hacer el check in, lo cual fue muy bueno pues llegamos temprano. Nos dio buenos tips y nos dejó con todas las referencias posibles. Afortunadamente no necesitamos más así que ya no volvimos a hablar hasta que nos fuimos 3 días después, donde fue igual de amable. El lugar está en muy buena zona (Vedado) desde la cual se llega fácilmente caminando a muchas atracciones. Igual está a dos calles de la calle 23 donde se toma transporte para ir hacia la zona de Nuevo Vedado u otras. Para ir a la Habana vieja sí se necesita taxi (o al menos nosotros tomamos taxi). Todo muy limpio y bien ordenado Si volviera a ir lo tendría como una primera opción :)

We made a 1 week trip to Cuba with a group of 8 men and rented the entire apartment (aka Plaza Vieja boutique hotel). Stefano was super helpful and he also runs a local travel agency (HC Tours) that organised a day trip to Vinales and a 3 day tour to the Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad for us with an excellent and fun guide (ask for Rocio). One stop shopping that makes organizing a visit to Cuba so much easier and comfortable! The apartment is beautifully renovated and conveniently located in the old city centre. Rooms are spacious and definitely 5 star level with great beds and bathrooms. Reception, kitchen and cleaning staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place to stay when visiting Havana!

An oasis to return to with 24 hour staff on site. All of the staff, from the concierge/front desk to the others were warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and in top condition. The king bed was very comfortable and the linens first class. The ensuite bathroom was extraordinary modern and beautiful. A wonderful balcony with full kitchen, all kitchenware and a full size refrigerator stocked with water and drinks. AC which worked perfectly. Power at all times and a fast wifi with vpn. Really superb. The casa is close to some of the best restaurants in Habana Vieja, the Prado de Marti, El Capitolio Nacional, Obispo street, and the Plaza Central. But most important, pre-trip Alessandro was available to help with everything on a moment's notice. Upon arrival, his excellent and friendly staff quickly became our friends and family. They all speak excellent English and were happy to speak Spanish with us as well. Just an amazing experience; one we will always treasure.

Alessandro und sein Team waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr hilfsreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus war ok, aber alles andere war super und sehr nice. Die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Fue una corta estadía, pero placentera. Buena ubicación y los conserjes son A1. Lo recomiendo al 100%!

¡Todo es perfecto! Lucilen es muy educado, acogedor y agradable. Reservé un apartamento un par de horas antes de llegar y ¡era Año Nuevo! Lucilen nos ha preparado una cena de gala gratis! Estoy muy contento El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesita, camas muy cómodas, siempre hay agua fría y caliente. El apartamento está ubicado en la Habana Vieja, a 3-5 minutos a pie de todas las atracciones. Definitivamente recomiendo alojarse aquí para una niña o una pareja. Everything is great! Lucilen is very polite, welcoming and pleasant. I booked an apartment a couple of hours before arriving and it was New Year! Lucilen has prepared a gala dinner for us for free! I am very pleased. The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable beds, there is always hot and cold water. The apartment is located in Old Havana, 3-5 minutes walk to all attractions. I definitely recommend staying here for one girl or a couple. Все замечательно! Люсилен очень вежливая, гостеприимная и приятная. В квартире есть все необходимое, очень удобные кровати, постоянно есть горячая и холодная вода. Квартира находится в Старой Гаване, 3-5 минут ходьбы до всех достопримечательностей. Однозначно рекомендую остановиться здесь одной девушке или паре.

Maria Grisel é gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha aiutati con alcune dritte su come muoverci a Cuba e per il cambio. Appartamento grande, comodissimo per visitare l’havana.

A hospedagem de Michel & Miguel superou todas as expectativas de forma positiva. Nosso check in ocorreu durante a madrugada e eles foram extremamente receptivos, gentis e proativos. O local é muito limpo, amplo, ventilado, ensolarado, e tem tudo que nossa estadia precisou. A localização é maravilhosa para fazer grande parte dos trajetos a pé! Fica próximo de bons restaurantes, comércio de artesanato, livraria, pontos históricos, e ponto de táxi. Recomendamos de olhos fechados para quem vier a Havana!

I am very glad I stayed at Elena's place. They were extremely helpful and when there was no electricity or water in the country, they brought me a flashlight. Additionally, I had the luxury of having free water of the best quality as they brought me containers with water from a water well they said they have in their home. Also, and since the apartment is on the second floor on a building at about 2 blocks from the ocean, there is always a nice breeze. The location is perfect as it is close to Palacio de Convenciones (15-minute walk), and also near the Nautico (a place where there is a very nice and sandy beach!). There is also very nearby the bus stop for the Tourist Havana buses. These go downtown and the price is better (10 dollars) than paying for taxis. All and all, I had a very nice stay at Elena's place. So, many thanks Elena and David!

Nuestra segunda estancia en el departamento, todo genial, la atención del propietario y la cercanía a todos los puntos de interés hacen de esta opción una excelente elección, el AC perfecto, nunca se va la energía eléctrica, la ducha caliente y presión constante, todo de maravilla sin duda será siempre nuestra primera opción al visitar la Habana, no duden en reservar, el mejor relación calidad-precio. Gracias a Yasmani por todas las atenciones en todo momento.

this is a very well-kept everybody two bedrooms and a kitchen. I believe it is necessary for you to request permission to use the kitchen. But the kitchen has everything you might need. There is a potential for noise from the neighbors, but this is pretty normal in Cuba. The hosts are super nice too!
