You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at Jon and Gina’s place. It is located in a safe, calm, and very walkable location. The unit is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The metro train station is a short walk away from which one can access locations throughout the greater Boston region. We did not get an opportunity to meet Gina; however, Jon was a very kind, thoughtful, genuine person who was always ready to be of help. We were here during the Boston Marathon extended weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This was a great spot for us. It was easy to get in and out and explore around. We really enjoyed the use of this apartment, it met all our needs, was clean and tidy and had all we could ask for. We enjoyed getting to explore around the town and were appreciative of the helpful guidebook that was provided in the apartment. She was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with her as we came and went during our time. The neighborhood is a cool area that we enjoyed exploring. This spot helped make our trip a great one.

Nice apartment in really good location. So easy to get into town - bus - T - ferry. Also so easy to get to from the Airport. Apartment was very spacious - clean and tidy. Bar with restaurant at end of the street which also did take away. 20 minute walk to large supermarket. There was the facility to leave bags on final day after checkout as flight was late evening which was very helpful. Overall would recommend. Thank you.

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Extremely charming, homey old-school beach cottage very near the beach, plus a great separate 1 bedroom small cottage on the same property (internet was good in the large cottage, not in the small one). Lots of great screened in porch space, plus an upper deck with ocean view. Large fenced back yard. Beautiful sunrises *and* sunsets, both! We were there in late September, so there were minor signs of end-of-season wear--normal for an older beach house at the end of beach season, and makes it feel more homey & relaxing. Less than 5 min walk to beach (long stairway to access beach). Walking along White Horse Beach is best at low to mid tide. No "low tide" smell at low tide. Beach is rocky in the sense that there are a lot of little smooth round multicolored rocks, plus a few very picturesque huge rocks out in the ocean. Beach is comfortably walkable if you wear flip-flops or water shoes. Short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, & many historic sites including Mayflower II.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

Eagle’s view was exactly as promised. A very comfortable beach cottage. Very comfortable beds, and everything you would need for amenities for a relaxing stay. This is a lovely home, on Clark's Cove peninsula, in "The Whaling City"! All amenities are included, & it's just steps away from the beach & historic Hazelwood Park! Also, the deck faces west, so there are magnificent sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed our stay here, & we're spreading the word amongst family & friends!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

Highly recommended!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Scott’s condo! It was private and quaint so much so that we felt right at home! The front porch was wonderful to sit and say our hellos and speak to people! It is on a main road so lots of interactions and of course where there is people there is noise but even that was lovely! We walked everywhere mostly as everything from restaurant’s to shops right at our finger tips! Scott was great and all that was provided for us was quite amazing! We just shopped for food as we did cook a few times as well as ate out. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!
