Spiaggia a 5minuti a piedi, attraverso tipico "caruggio", dopo aver attraversato la strada Aurelia raggiungibile da una scalinata sotto casa. Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.
