Spiaggia a 5minuti a piedi, attraverso tipico "caruggio", dopo aver attraversato la strada Aurelia raggiungibile da una scalinata sotto casa. Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. Adatto ad amanti della musica e di coloro che si adattano a fare un po' ginnastica lungo i nostri tipici passaggi liguri, se non si usa l'auto. 5minute beach on foot, through typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

The villa renovated at the end of 2024 to offer modern and comfortable accommodation, is located 150 meters from the lake and the equipped beach of the Lugana lido in a very quiet and green area. Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

From here you can easily admire in all its beauty the flight of the kestrel in the valley in front, which inspired the name of the accommodation.

Fully renovated, charming flat in a historic building dating 16th century. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, is located in an internal court, so it's very quiet. It's only 4 minutes walk from the pedestrian area (and 7 minutes to the castle). The guests can also use our bicycles for free. The building has an internal garden, including a pond with goldfishes.
