Spiaggia a 5minuti a piedi, attraverso tipico "caruggio", dopo aver attraversato la strada Aurelia raggiungibile da una scalinata sotto casa. Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. Adatto ad amanti della musica e di coloro che si adattano a fare un po' ginnastica lungo i nostri tipici passaggi liguri, se non si usa l'auto. 5minute beach on foot, through typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. You ll have a completely indipendent space, which combines the charm of a country location with the convenience of being a few kms from the historic center of Turin and less than an hour from the most intriguing destinations in the region, from Langhe to Roero to Monferrato. Garden, parking space and large equipped outdoor area for exclusive use.

Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

The suite is located in a very sought after address in Milano. Arco della Pace is a very Lively and green area with a magnificent square overlooking the Sforza Castle through the Sempione's Park. During the day you can enjoy a breakfast or a lunch in one of many bars and restaurant of the area and the evening is a very lively and trendy area for "aperitivo". We live in the apartment next door and we ask you to be patient if sometimes you can feel that we live close to you !

The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people.
