Enjoy this apartment with a private entrance nestled in a quiet neighborhood right next to Idaho State University and Portneuf Medical Center. When you stay here, you can walk to events on campus like football, basketball, and volleyball games. This one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment features a 75in TV, high speed internet, a king sized bed, and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also features off street parking. For an additional cost, an extra twin beds can be set up in the living room.

The Crosby — Historic University Neighborhood

In the heart of the Historic University N'hood in Pocatello, this "loft" is perfect for the traveling professor, business professional, travelers on their way through to Yellowstone or The Tetons, or those just looking for a cozy and clean space to stay in our beautiful small city. Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

Easy access to/from the I-15 Center street exit. About 30 minutes from Pebble Creek Ski Area and Lava Hot Springs. Off-street parking available. Free Netflix and Disney+/Hulu. Fast WIFI and small workstation available. Washer and Dryer (+ laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets) in the apartment.

With a new park currently being built around our building, you'll have direct access to all downtown events and activities.
