מרטין בא לפגוש אותנו במרכז וירפאזאר והוביל אותנו בכביש ההררי המפותל עד לבית. פפה ומרטין ארחו אותנו בנדיבות וברוח טובה. וכבדו אותנו בגבינה ומאפה הומייד , ירקות מגן הירק ומשקה ראייקה משובח. הנוף מדהים. המארחים והבית מלאים בהסטוריה של המקום ובמידע לפי הצורך. מתאים למי שמעוניין במיקום מבודד בטבע. קרוב במרחק כרבע שעה מאגם סקאדאר ומוירזאפאר. הדבר היחיד שהפתיע היה שאין מזגן בבית ולא קלטנו מראש. עם זאת נראה שלמעט כמה ימים חמים בשיא הקיץ, אין צורך במזגן וניתן להנות ממיזוג טבעי של אויר הרים צלול. המארחים היו נעימים וזמינים לכל צורך.

Мы были счастливы познакомиться с Милошем и его гостеприимной семьёй! Отличное расположение, прекрасный вид на горы, чистейший воздух и превосходное вино!!! С удовольствием приедем сюда ещё не один раз!

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Что хорошо: 1. Просторные уютные аппартаменты с двумя спальнями, салоном, балконом, прихожей, кухней и санузлом. Очень приятный дизайн интерьера. 2. Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.

The house is really good it's marvelous basically it s premium villa. Also the owner of the house is really friendly. We recommend to everyone. I hope to stay here when I come to again.

Thank you for the warm welcome in such a lovely place. The host was very kind, the fireplace was ready when I arrived, which made the house feel cozy right away. Although it's a bit remote from shops, there were some food supplies available, which I really appreciated. A truly peaceful and welcoming retreat!

Boris was a great host. He informed us about every little detail and fixed any minor issues we faced. He was flexible with check in too. The apartment is located a little outside the central area but it’s still 25 minutes walk. We usually took a tesla cab. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Boljevići, Crmnica! The house was just as stunning as the pictures show, with a lovely garden and surrounded by nature. It was spacious, cozy, and offered the perfect setting for relaxation. The location is fantastic—very close to Skadar Lake, where there are endless hiking trails, opportunities for boat cruises, swimming, and fishing. There are also local restaurants nearby, and the seaside is just a 15-minute drive away. Danilo was an exceptional host, always available and happy to recommend activities and places to visit. Overall, the place was a great value and definitely worth the money. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

What a great and welcoming place to stay. We had a stop over here for 2 nights. The place is so peaceful and the cats and kitten were a big hit for our children. There is a beautiful small vineyard and fruit trees and it’s a 20mins drive away from the river where you can swim (very welcoming on hot days). The monastery of Ostrog is also very close, about 10-15mins drive. The house is clean and cool. The hosts are so welcoming. We enjoyed their home made jams, breakfast, snapps, and the fruits from their trees. A truly fantastic experience!

We loved our stay at Mirkos place. The location is stunning! Beautiful place to stay with plenty to visit in the area only a short drive away. I would say you definitely need a car to get around, but there is parking available and we had no trouble reaching the apartment. The flat was clean, drinking water was provided and a nice terrace area outside. The home is in a small remote village type area, which is amazing at night. The view of the stars was spectacular. Loved our time in Montenegro. Thank you.

Natasha was very helpful. She upgraded the internet while we were there, now it is super fast (300mbps) The bus to the coast has a stop (Delta city) very near the building which was nice. The area is very quiet with nice restaurants around. It is a very quiet suburb of Podgorica.

Magnifique domaine situé au calme dans les collines. Les espaces extérieurs sont impeccables et quotidiennement entretenus. Tout est prévu pour se détendre, piscines, terrasses, mini-golf et billard. Le logement est bien adapté et très propre. Ivan, l'hôte vous accueille le 1er jour en vous guidant pour les derniers kilomètres jusqu'au domaine. Par la suite, Ivan est accessible facilement si besoin. Nous recommandons ce très bel endroit paisible.

10 Stars! Big Thanks to Vojo for this magical stay! The BEAUTY of his land and home is hard put into words. Our young daughter lived like a fairy princess in a secret garden full of beautiful spring flowers. Not to mention the sweetest mountain dog in the whole world! They were fast friends and he was always looking out for her! It was very peaceful and we spent every night enjoying the spectacular sunset over the mountains. The house was cozy and well equipped. Our host Vojo even brought us some delicious local delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed! We felt right at home throughout our stay! When you feel like going into town, Cetinje is a short drive away with wonderful restaurants, museums and has great pedestrian only boulevards with lots of family friendly activities. Lipa cave was also close by and a highlight. We can't wait to return for another fun vacation!

Milovan was helpful before we visited with instructions. The address on the Airbnb website may be misleading but he gave us clear instructions to locate the villa. The villa is in complete privacy. You can reach the villa with about 10 minutes uphill drive from the main road. The privacy, garden and fantastic pool area with the view are worth everything. Milovan's father Boro, mother and brother welcomed us. They are a very nice family. They showed great hospitality. They offered bread, cheese and meat platter. And they stuffed the kitchen well. The garden room with a BBQ area was very convenient to cook for outdoor dining. The pictures are all real. It is a place in the middle of nature. You will wake up to birds singing. The stone house is cooler inside. And there is enough shade provided outside. Boro helped us book a private taxi to Dubrovnik. We are grateful for this. I recommend Milovan's villa to everyone.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway. Villa was very clean, warm, complete with all the necessities. Filip waa really responsive. Really love the village with very friendly people. Has a great lunch at Kod Aca and boatride on the lake.
